Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Orthopaedic Intelligence LLC, Seal Beach, California, USA, operates Massif and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at contact@orthopedicintelligence.ai for privacy questions or requests.

This notice covers the marketing website and demo enquiries. It does not authorize the submission of patient data or describe a clinical service's handling of medical records.

Information we receive

The website's booking panel does not collect or store your name, email or practice details. It links to our separate Calendly page. Please do not submit patient names, scan files, medical records or other sensitive health information through Calendly or email.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and tailor the demo you requested, send necessary scheduling communications, and operate and secure the website. Booking a demo does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, arranging requested demonstrations and operating a secure website. Where your request involves steps toward a contract with you, we may instead rely on taking those steps at your request. We use information to meet legal obligations where required.

Providing booking details is voluntary, but Calendly requires contact details to confirm a meeting. You may contact us directly instead. We do not use demo enquiries to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for hosting and Calendly for scheduling. Our email and calendar providers process communications and invitations needed to arrange your meeting. People working for Orthopaedic Intelligence LLC may access information needed to respond to you. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Learn more about Vercel's privacy practices and Calendly's privacy practices. These providers may also process information for their own purposes as described in their notices. FormSubmit is not used by this version of the website.

International processing

We are based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Calendly describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, in its Data Processing Addendum. Vercel describes its processing and transfer arrangements in its Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond, arrange the requested demo and manage related follow-up. The period depends on whether the enquiry remains active, a meeting or business relationship is ongoing, and any applicable legal, security or record-keeping requirements. Provider records and backups may follow separate retention periods described in their notices. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Cookies and tracking

This marketing website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser cookies or local storage set by our application code. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting services may process technical information for delivery and security.

Calendly is an external link, not an embedded widget, and is not loaded until you follow the link. Its website may use cookies and other technologies under its own notice and settings. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising through this website. We do not change the site's behaviour in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal; the site does not perform cross-site advertising tracking.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights have exceptions, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Send requests to contact@orthopedicintelligence.ai. Please provide only what is needed to identify your enquiry; do not send identity documents or patient information unless we separately establish an appropriate way to handle them. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant EU supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the website or our information practices change and revise the date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
